Brightening the Walls in Brazil

I like to feature new and noteable works of street art whenever I stumble across them. To me, the distinction between street art and graffiti relies strongly on the overall effect of the work; that is to say, does it add something to an area? or take away from it? Indeed, defining art in general is an undertaking involving a significant amount of subjective reasoning.

With this in mind, here are two new murals by Emol. I’d say they brighten up the streets of Recife, Brazil.

    Yes. I love this. I wish we could promote this in San Antonio. Maybe Mayor Castro should get a subscription to The Rayograph!
