After purchasing a 250-square-foot room perched on a Barcelona rooftop, photographer Christian Schallert had the tiny space converted into a surprisingly versatile and comfortable home. In a video for Faircompanies.com, Schallert shows off the space’s hidden features and possible layouts.

  1. This was a great video! I love how economical in space this is – especially city living, when you spend so much time outside anyway. When I lived in Tokyo, I had a similar apart, but much smaller, believe it or not!
