The Rayograph

Sketchbook Project

From Flavorwire’s Marina Galperina:
Every year, Brooklyn-based Art House Co-op sends out thousands of blank sketchbooks all over the world to be filled by professional artists and cathartic doodlers. The Sketchbook Project: 2011 received 10,000 books back this year. The traveling exhibition of sketchbooks is now a nationwide tour now but you can view hundreds of them on the freshly launched library preview, with more sketchbooks being added each day.

Contributors filled the pages of these sketchbooks with collages, comics, and wildlife sketches, among other things. Check out Art House Co-op, and, if you’re interested, sign up to contribute to the 2012 project.
