Madrid-based firm Moreno del Valle designed this high-speed railway control center near Albacete. The two-story building features a steel facade with thousands of tiny perforations through which light filters.

Images of the structure and surroundings were captured by Fernando Alda, a prolific photographer who specializes in the photography of architecture and infrastructure.
