Treehouse, Teahouse

Shanghai-based architects Archi-Union designed this delightful teahouse and library that now occupies the space behind their studio. Inside, concrete walls twist and turn playfully, taking away any seriousness the otherwise angular structure might have had. A lovely tree shoots up through the balcony on the top floor, stretching out its shade-giving branches. All-in-all, a hip space I’d like to check out for myself.
