Creative talent Izziyana Suhaimi seamlessly blends drawing and embroidery in her handmade creations, many of which have been showcased in galleries and publications across Singapore, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Japan. Interested in the intersections of traditional and popular cultures, the artist prefers using craft-based techniques as a way of pointing out the popularity of mass production and the impulse for instant gratification that drives it.
