Sterling Performance

Zaha Hadid Architects might need a larger trophy room. Already the recipients of numerous top architecture and design awards, they’ve just been awarded the RIBA 2011 Stirling Prize for the design of the Evelyn Grace Academy. The striking complex was judged to be the greatest contribution to British architecture in this past year. The studio also won the high honor last year with the design of MAXXI – National Museum of the 21st Century Arts.
